Zap fee (% of zap amount) depends on the pool fee tier:
Pool fee ≤ 0.05% → 0.05%
Pool fee 0.05% to 0.3% → 0.15%
Pool fee > 0.3% → 0.25%
Compound
0.9% of the compound amount for all pool fee tiers.
Rebalance
Rebalance fee (% of position value) depends on the pool fee tier:
Pool fee ≤ 0.05% → 0.03%
Pool fee 0.05% to 0.3% → 0.05%
Pool fee > 0.3% → 0.1%
